So sometimes I surprise myself with fun ideas. Yesterday after picking up mac, I stopped in to make a hair appt for myself and when leaving saw a big cardboard mailing tube thrown out. I grabbed it and said "so you think we can make something to play with with this?". Mac was all "what?" and I said, a sword or something, he said ok and we carried it home. By the time we got home I had envisioned it as a bow and quiver and described that idea to him. Well, we have been reading Robin Hood, so he was all for it. I did a little last night before dinner and the rest tonight.



I even made some arrows. YAY cheap engaging toys.
