well the day started out the same, I will spare you the details. But then I took a hot bath and wow did that make me feel better. still mostly just sitting for several hours, any movement brings wave of nausea. When the day starts at 3:30 I feel good that I made it to 9 with only a few nod offs. By 11, I've had 2 pieces of dry toast, most of a cup of ginger ale and 2 glasses of water. The aches are starting in force so I decide on another hot bath. MAGIC! That is what they are. I have now had almost a cup of broth and feel almost human. I think a nap is in order though and unfortunately, the sweats keep coming every few hours.

unsure why, but as I was lying in bed I realized the minutia that I am cataloging about how my body feels during this sickness because of the lack of distraction. Normally I am an "it hurts in this area" person, not too much detail, I can't pinpoint things. Now I realize I probably always could just never had to sit with a sickness and nothing to distract me for 3 days. I am cutting because I doubt this will be of interest to many of you but I want to put it down...
