I did some. It is a bit of a miracle. I moved fast and often enough to actually sweat a bunch. AMAZING. I wanna do more. hrm, but will I feel like it in the morning? somewhat doubtful, but I think I will pack a gym bag and go to bed early to at least align things toward the goal.
so teh exercise was dancing, just me in my livingroom, dancing. then in after about 10 minutes, I got my jump rope to see if I could do that for a bit, I made it maybe 3 minutes, maybe. damn if jumping is not the most tiring thing I've done in a while. back to dancing for another 12 minutes or so.
I'd love to start getting in 30 minutes of aerobic activity 4 or more times a week.
It is easy to think I move a lot because of all the walking I do, but I hardly ever get my heart rate up for an extended period.
So, I guess the point is...YAY!!
